General.

₊ ⊹ My art style is not 100% consistent. I like to experiment with my art and try out new techniques, so I can't guarantee consistency. I can guarantee that the quality will never be less than what is advertised.

Payment.

₊ ⊹ All prices listed in USD.
₊ ⊹ Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes do not apply to clients that have confirmed commissions. They do apply to people on the waitlist.Method of Payment
₊ ⊹ All payments must be made upfront at the time of ordering.
₊ ⊹ Payment can be made through PayPal, Ko-Fi, or card thru VGen payments (comes with extra fees).
₊ ⊹ VTuber commissions can be paid in installments. The amount and frequency of the payments are to be discussed directly with the client. The work will only begin after receiving the first payment.Refund Policy
₊ ⊹ You can request a full refund only if I have not started working on your project.
₊ ⊹ After the sketching/lining phase, you will only be eligible for a 50% refund. At the coloring/shading phase, you will only receive 30% refund. Once the work is completed and delivered, you may not request a refund.Additional Fees
₊ ⊹ The prices listed are only the base rate. Rates will be higher depending on the complexity of the character design and illustration. Things such as detailed outfits or additional backgrounds/characters will increase the price.

Work Process.

Duration
₊ ⊹ Delivery deadline will be discussed during the order and will depend on type of commission. Even if you do not have a strict deadline in mind, please set an expected due date to help me manage my time.Updates
₊ ⊹ I will be thoroughly communicating with you once I start working on your commission. You will receive frequent updates and WIPs several times per drawing stage (sketch/lineart/coloring).
₊ ⊹ Since I open several slots at once, there is a chance I will be working on other projects before starting on yours. I will not be sending updates until I start working on your commission. You can check my commission progress on the Trello linked on my profile.Revisions
₊ ⊹ Any revisions are possible and free at the sketching phase. After the sketching phase, all revisions will come with a fee, or will not be possible at all.Delivery
₊ ⊹ You will receive the final digital products sent to your email address.
₊ ⊹ Rush deliveries come with a fee. I work on requests on a first-come-first-served basis. If you would like me to work on your commission before everyone else or you have a tight deadline, I ask that you pay the rush/priority fee.

Rights.

₊ ⊹ I maintain all the rights to my work as the creator. You can not claim my work as your own. You must include credit to my page somewhere on your profile or personal website accessible to the public.
₊ ⊹ Works that are intended to be used commercially come with additional fees.Personal Use: Use as profile pictures, wallpapers, banners, stream schedule announcements, etc.
Digital Redistribution: Digital redistribution for profit such as song cover illustrations (if monetized), voice pack illustrations, exclusive access art (ie. patreon). + 50% of final price
Physical Redistribution: Physical merchandise sold for profit (not free handouts), such as keychains, prints, stickers, etc.
Paper items: + 100% of final price
Non-paper items: + 200% of final price₊ ⊹ All VTuber, PNGtuber, and GIFtuber commissions come with digital commercial rights by default.Editing
₊ ⊹ Please ask me/let me know first before editing my work in any way.
₊ ⊹ You are free to edit the colors of your VTuber model through the VTube Studio built-in tool without having to ask me.AI/NFT
₊ ⊹ I reserve the right to decline a request if I receive AI generated references or find that you are associated with cryptocurrency, AI generated images, or scamming.
₊ ⊹ My art is not allowed to be used for anything related to cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI-generated art.
